I started lifting in a small gym in Virginia Beach, VA. I was captivated and soon was convinced to do some competitive amateur body building. Years later I found myself working for the local swim team’s strength and conditioning coach in Williamsburg, VA. I have certifications with AFPA as a Certified Personal Trainer and Post Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist. In 2014 I received Movement Disorders Training necessary for working with people who have Parkinson’s Disease.
In the Spring of 2013 The Zen of Weight Loss was published (co-author Jeri Levesque, Ed.D.) it is now available as an eBook. It is the embodiment of my philosophy of fitness. Since then, I’ve presented my program through lectures and workshops. This coaching method is a unique approach to fitness has allowed many to reclaim their health and liveliness. In 2015 the companion journal, Your Perfect Food Plan was published. Both are available on Amazon.
