Introducing a new website I’m really excited about!  As you are aware an important part of  The Zen of  Fitness program is your relationship with food.  We all talk about comfort food as if it’s a dirty word.  In reality food should be consumed in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.  We should be able to enjoy mealtime for the flavors and aromas as well as the company we keep. 

As you examine the foods in your diet you should start to build an appreciation for food done right. Prepare your foods with full flavor and minimum fat then enjoy a meal in “Slow Food” mode.  Jeri’s site will help you along the way.
