When the members of Karen’s Group Fitness came to workout today they were surprised to have a new kind of exercise. 
Taking our cue from the amazing Ellen DeGeneres we danced our way into fitness with a walking squat we call The Ellen

We can guarantee this is a leg workout you will feel for days to come.  Not just one pass over that table but 20 in a minute — for four sets!  We Love It!
